Fanny Legrain

Physiotherapist trained in abdomino-pelvic rehabilitation and orthopedic manual therapy. I support you with: - your acute and persistent orthopedic symptoms, including jaw issues and pain during pregnancy - your pre- and postnatal physiotherapy, as well as abdomino-perineal rehabilitation My goal is to help you feel comfortable in your body by empowering you to take an active role in your rehabilitation, through a better understanding of your situation, specific exercises, and manual techniques.

I wish to help you feel good in your body by being an active participant in your rehabilitation, through a better understanding of your situation, exercises, and manual techniques specific to each individual.

I support you for:

Acute or persistent symptoms:

  • of the jaw and headaches

  • of the spine: neck and back

  • of the pelvis

  • of the upper limb: shoulder, elbow, and hand

  • of the lower limb: hip, knee, and foot

  • gait and balance rehabilitation

  • post-operative or post-traumatic rehabilitation

  • muscle strengthening in women, seniors, and people suffering from persistent pain


Disorders of the pelvi-perineal sphere, including during the perinatal period:

  • Postnatal rehabilitation

  • Pain during pregnancy

  • Gynecological, urinary, and fecal disorders: incontinence, urgency, frequent urges, organ prolapse, perineal pain

  • Pelvic pain

  • I do not treat children.

    I use, if necessary, a stimulation/biofeedback machine with a probe to optimize your care.
