Physiotherapist passionate about movement and sports, I support each patient with an active and personalized approach, from musculoskeletal rehabilitation to return to sport, helping them regain their abilities and confidence in movement.
A physiotherapist passionate about movement and sport, I graduated from UCLouvain in physiotherapy and rehabilitation as well as in movement sciences, with a specialization in physical education. This dual education allows me to combine rehabilitation, physical preparation, and guidance towards returning to sport.
I support patients, athletes or not, in their musculoskeletal rehabilitation, with a particular interest in lower limb injuries, especially the knee, and pathologies related to sports practice. Practicing football, hockey, tennis, and triathlon, I understand the demands of sport and the importance of regaining confidence in one's abilities.
My approach is active, progressive, and personalized. It is based on listening, understanding your situation, and exercises adapted to your needs and goals. From resuming daily activities to returning to performance, my goal is to help you regain your abilities, gain independence, and sustainably resume the activities that matter to you.
