My name is Jihane Mrabet. Coming from the world of athletics, I am a former high jumper and currently the French-speaking Belgian champion in discus throw. I have developed a passion for challenge and self-improvement, to the point of making it the subject of my studies (two Bachelor's degrees and a Master's degree). As a specialist in sports and mental coaching for the past 8 years, I help high-level athletes as well as individuals achieve their goals by meeting their needs.
