When we talk about nutrition, many ideas come to mind: diets, restrictions, limited social life, constant hunger... Together, we will change this perception of nutrition by guiding you towards a more natural way of eating. A way of nourishing yourself by choosing foods that provide enough nutrients and make you feel good.
This guidance is personalized for each individual. My goal is to improve your physical and mental well-being with kindness and care. We will set the goals you wish to achieve together, or identify certain daily habits you’d like to change.
Throughout this journey, I will combine two approaches that are especially close to my heart: nutrition and dietary profiling.
