Benjamin BROQUERE
Masseur

Passionate about manual therapy since my teenage years, I studied osteopathy at ULB. At the same time, I decided to train in massage therapy in Belgium, Thailand, and Scotland. This learning and practice phase lasted no less than 5 years and included nearly 300 hours of training. I am now a trainer and teacher in anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy. For me, sports massage therapy is the expression of a sequence of massage, mobilization, and stretching techniques. All of this aims to prepare and/or help the athlete recover, while respecting the trust they place in us, the limits of our professional framework, and our knowledge.
