Jean-Nicolas Troussel
Kinésithérapeute

Hello, My name is Jean-Nicolas Troussel. I graduated in physiotherapy in 2018 from Haute École Léonard de Vinci and gradually specialized in sports care. I furthered my training with a specialization in physical preparation and sports physiotherapy at the Mouratoglou Academy, which is renowned in the field of athletic performance. I am currently continuing my studies in osteopathy, now in my fifth year, in order to broaden my skills with a holistic approach to the body. My practice is based as much on my scientific knowledge as on my personal experience. I have always been a versatile athlete and have competed at a good level in several disciplines: tennis (ranked B-4/6), football (up to Provincial 2), field hockey (National 1 in France), as well as trail running, triathlon (M and L formats), padel, skiing, skateboarding, and wakeboarding. This hands-on experience allows me to better understand the demands, injuries, and goals of athletes, whatever their level. My approach aims to combine rehabilitation, optimization of sports technique, and performance, with particular attention to prevention and listening to the body.
