Thibault Cramesnil is a physiotherapist qualified in the management of all musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions. His practice is based on proven effective techniques and the best scientific evidence. His 15 years of professional experience with the human body in motion will guide you in improving your health and reducing your pain. Musculoskeletal specialties: back, neck, hip, elbow, shoulder, ankle, foot, TMJ. Sports physiotherapy specialties: walking, sprinting (all sports), and racket sports. Currently: I am particularly training in techniques for sustainable postural management, which I consider an essential prerequisite for reducing certain types of pain in the long term, improving the efficiency of all sports movements, and enhancing daily functional health. I am also continuing to educate myself in health/sports nutrition and in performance/load management for athletes in English.
