Maxime Czapski

Certified CrossFit Level 2 Coach, I help athletes and active individuals improve their performance and maintain their health over the long term. The goal is to maintain and develop strength, endurance, and technique while respecting the body’s ability to adapt. Each program is custom-built according to individual goals: performance, mobility, or body recomposition (muscle gain, fat loss). My role is to create a structured and demanding, yet accessible, environment where every session has purpose and fits into a coherent long-term progression.

  • CrossFit Level 2 Trainer – Over 3,600 hours of hands-on experience in private coaching, small group training, and high-intensity group coaching
  • Degree in Nutrition and Micronutrition – CERDEN® (European Center for Research, Development, and Education in Nutrition and Nutritherapy)
  • Bachelor’s in Psychology (ongoing) – University of Mons (2023 - present), with an integrative mind-body approach
  • Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do
  • Training in Pencak Silat – F.I.S.F.O. (International Federal System Force of Order)
