Certified CrossFit Level 2 Coach, I help athletes and active individuals improve their performance and maintain their health over the long term. The goal is to maintain and develop strength, endurance, and technique while respecting the body’s ability to adapt. Each program is custom-built according to individual goals: performance, mobility, or body recomposition (muscle gain, fat loss). My role is to create a structured and demanding, yet accessible, environment where every session has purpose and fits into a coherent long-term progression.
