“Today I will do what others won’t, so tomorrow I can do what others can’t.” — Jerry Rice I have dedicated more than twenty years of my life to movement, health, and performance. When I discovered CrossFit, I had already been coaching for several years, but this approach opened up new perspectives for me: giving meaning back to the body as a whole, relearning how to move, to perform, to push beyond limits. It was a true revelation. For many years, CrossFit shaped the way I coached: discipline, intensity, community, and above all, the pleasure of seeing people transform. But over time, I realized that pure performance is not always enough—and that as we move through life, our priorities evolve. Today, at 43, I have chosen to take a step back from the competitive side, to focus on functionality, longevity, and quality of movement. I keep the essential principles of CrossFit—versatility, overall strength, variety—but I remove the excesses and overly aggressive methods that are not suitable for those who cannot train like full-time athletes. My goal is clear: to help active adults, often overwhelmed, sometimes injured or tired, to regain a strong, mobile, and sustainable body. A body that allows you to keep living fully, without pain, without frustration, without putting yourself at risk. Today, I am joining a multidisciplinary team in a holistic center, convinced that health is a synergy between movement, recovery, nutrition, and mental balance. Aging is inevitable. Aging strong, mobile, and with full awareness is a choice.
